📱 Information We Collect

1. Camera and Photo Access

CaloriScan requires access to your camera to take food photos and to your photo library to select existing photos. These photos are only used for AI calorie recognition, and all processing is done locally on your device.

2. Health Data

The app records calorie information from your food recognition, which is stored only on your device locally for history records and statistical analysis.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personal identification information such as name, email, or phone number
We do not collect precise location information
We do not collect device identifiers or advertising identifiers
We do not upload photos to cloud servers

💾 Data Storage

All data (including photos, recognition records, and calorie information) is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms (SwiftData/Core Data).

Data is not uploaded to any remote server

Data is not used for advertising purposes
All data will be deleted when the app is uninstalled
